Return & Exchange Policy

At Coutures, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience is our top priority. We offer a 14-day exchange/return policy, putting your satisfaction at the forefront. You can initiate an exchange or return request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange or Refund

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if they remain unworn, unwashed, in the wrong size, or defective in any manner.
  • While all images on our website depict the original products, slight variations in color may occur due to monitor differences and lighting during photography. Therefore, returns cannot be processed solely based on color discrepancies.
  • Items purchased during a SALE are non-refundable, but size exchanges are permitted for SALE items.
  • For a refund, customers are responsible for self-dispatching the parcel. The responsibility for the returned parcel remains with the customer until the goods are received at our warehouse.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the returned products. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


  1. Items bought on sale are ineligible for a refund. Customers can only exchange these items within 7 days of product receipt.
  2. In cases where a sale item is exchanged, the new price will apply if the exchange is requested after the sale period has ended.

Certain scenarios exempt Coutures from the responsibility of exchange and/or refund, such as exchanges requested outside the stipulated timeframe, products damaged due to customer use or mishandling, and instances where customers changed their mind or failed to check product specifications during purchase.


Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange, kindly get in touch with our customer service representative at (+92326 0494645) within 14 days of receiving your order. Our representative will assist in placing your exchange order. Upon delivery of your exchange item, you'll be required to hand over the originally delivered item to the same rider. To apply for an exchange, provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Item requested for exchange
  • A picture of the received article (if necessary)
  • Please note: A replacement charge of Rs. 99/- will be applicable.

In cases where the desired size for exchange is out of stock and the original purchase was made during a sale, customers can either replace the item with another available article (paying the difference) or receive an Online Voucher for use in their next order.

Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, kindly contact our customer service representative within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation message from our representative to proceed with the refund process. You'll be requested to ship the item to the address provided and share the courier receipt on our WhatsApp at (+92 326 0494645). Upon verifying the received products, our representative will contact you for your bank details to process the refund. The refund process may take up to 7 days from the date our team receives your items.
